Who we are

This site is operated by BrainAI Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16988754, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We trade as Brain AI. Contact us at info@thebrainai.co.uk.

This is not a customer agreement

Nothing on this website forms a contract for the supply of the Brain AI platform or any services. Descriptions of the platform, the Harness, the Engine and Forward Deployed Engineering are provided to explain what we build. They are not offers, commitments, specifications or warranties. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Using the site

You may read, link to, and share the content here. You may not:

  • use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or disrupts it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
  • systematically extract content, whether by scraping, crawling beyond ordinary search indexing, or bulk download, without our written permission;
  • use the content to train a machine learning model without our written permission;
  • reproduce substantial parts of our articles elsewhere, or present them as your own.

Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine and welcome.

Our content and marks

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, diagrams and code of this site belong to BrainAI Systems Ltd or are used under licence. The Brain AI name and logo are ours.

Third-party names, figures and research referred to in our articles belong to their respective owners and are cited for commentary and analysis.

A provisional patent specification covering the policy-governed multi-agent architecture and the evaluation feedback loop was filed in January 2026, and a PCT filing is in progress. Nothing on this site grants any licence under those rights, or under any other intellectual property right.

Accuracy of what we publish

Our Insights articles are analysis and opinion. They cite primary sources, and the figures in them were accurate to those sources at the time of writing. Markets and research move; we do not undertake to keep every article current.

None of it is professional advice. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or investment advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your own circumstances. Statements about regulation, including the EU AI Act and sector-specific rules, are general commentary and not a compliance assessment of your organisation.

The reasoning trace shown on the homepage is an illustration of the architecture. It is not output from a customer deployment and does not represent any real decision.

Links out

We link to third-party sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

If you are a consumer rather than a business user, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site. This version was published on 28 August 2026.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
